So, when are you opening?

Thank you for your interest in our store opening. We are SO EXCITED to get our very first store location open in Pueblo West! At this time we are projecting an opening date at some point in April of 2024, but stay tuned to our social media pages for the most up to date information (shiverandshakeco).

Are you the same people from the green shaved ice truck?

Most everyone knows us as the “green shaved ice trailer” that parked across from the library in Pueblo West. Yes! We are the same owners and are so happy that with our communities’ support, we are opening our first store location.

Do you offer sugar free options?

At this point, we plan on offering sugar free options for some of our shaved ice products. We have yet to find an ice cream supplier that offers a sugar free option, but we are on the lookout!

What kind of ice cream do you serve?

We proudly serve Blue Bell premium ice cream. Blue Bell has produced award winning ice cream since 1907 and we are the only store location that offers their ice cream in Pueblo West.

What type of dessert creations do you offer?

We offer premium shaved ice, artisan hand crafted milkshakes, and hand scooped ice cream right here in Pueblo West!

AREN'T SNOW CONES THE SAME THING AS Shaved ice?

Most definitely not. The main difference lies in the ice used in each.  Snow cones are made using crushed ice which is chunky, hard, non-absorbent, and just generally unpleasant.  In contrast, shaved ice is made using ice which is fine, heavenly, and very absorbent.  This means that shaved ice is much more flavorful than snow cones, and that each bite is delectable.
